approach

Workshop Meng is a full service firm based out of Southern California. We believe a well-designed space elevates one’s soul, inspires and creates timeless memories. We craft the stage where our clients’ dream stories come to life.

Having lived in Europe, Asia, and Northern America, we take pride in the rich international influences that inform our design and aesthetic sensibilities accompanying our joie de vivre outlook. We weave stories through materials, textures, and geometries - where nostalgia of the past echoes with the effervescent and bold of the contemporary.

We communicate and collaborate. We hold regular progress reviews and workshops to ensure everything goes to plan while meeting your expectations. We lay out deliverables so you know what to expect. We make sure you are the first to know if there are changes or issues. We are punctual. We recognize when we establish phase milestones and deadlines, we meet them.

Our team is nimble. We hold the acumen and quality of known International practices in detailing and ingenuity through our training and professional network. Concurrently, we understand how to efficiently permit and construct in California, New York, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Maldives with existing working relationships across public agencies as well as private trades.

We love being a part of the steering and advocate for our client’s success accompanied with wellbeing. We are a full service agency for a life curated with positivity rooted in Architecture, Interiors, and Creative Direction.
